Little River Band named Entertainer of the Year at the 2015 Casino Entertainment Awards

The Little River Band has been named Artist of the Year at the annual 2015 Casino Entertainment awards. During the Global Gaming Expo (G2E) held on September 30, 2015, Little River Band took home the top honors of Artist of the Year. The award ceremony took place at the Hard Rock Resort and Casino in Las Vegas.

Wayne Nelson of Little River Band who sings lead and is the band leader was on hand to accept this prestigious award as seen pictured. The band is currently touring the US celebrating its 40th Anniversary to sold out crowds performing over 100 shows a year.

Wayne Nelson is lead singer on 2 of the bands all time top 5 hits with ‘Night Owl’ and ‘Take it Easy on Me,’ and has been a member of the band for 35 years.

The Musical Artist of the Year Award is a wonderful honor bestowed on the best of the best of musical acts that perform in the Casino circuit as voted by agents that represent casinos throughout North America.
