Executive Producer Credit
When you order a song to be created by our service, you (song buyer) will be awarded an 1/4 copyright of the song with the rest of the copyright staying with the creator songwriters. ITS Songwriting Service can use the song in advertising or any other way that is customary for traditional songwriting copyright. You would be considered an executor producer for financing the songs creation. Songwriting is a very personal craft. Most songwriters think of songs as an extension of themselves. If a song buyer wants to own a song out right, the writers would have to be bought out of their interest in the song. You can inquire about pricing during your consultation but be forewarned that buying the song outright would be very pricey. |
