I had 16 year Notary Public in the State of New York as well as 16 years Paralegal Experience in State of New York. I will review and notarize closing documents for new home sales/purchases, refinances, HELOC loans for banks, title companies and mortgage companies in the State of Tennessee. I can also notarized any documents requiring proof of signers and not limited to CONTRACTS or PUBLISHING AGREEMENTS NOTARIZED! This Notary Commission is only good in the State of Tennessee. My Notary Commission in NY expired a few years after I moved out of New York State. I mention my previous experience so everyone knows I am not new at this.
