Hi everybody, It has been a busy week. I have tried to walk everyday but did miss one day. I have been on some mega doses of Vitamin D for the past 12 weeks prescribed by my doctor. The day after I take this strong dosage I always feel funky. I took my last dose on Friday so yeah, now I just have to keep up with regular vitamins daily. I weighed myself this morning and I have lost 2 pounds. Not fantastic but certainly better than gaining weight. I have started playing Wii sport intentionally to gain more movement in my life. When your work is at a desk you tend to sit a lot. I will tell you all a little secret. I also tend to stand while watching television in my living room. I don't know why I stand on two particular squares on my rug in front of my television but I do. I decided that rather than standing, I might as well step so I put my little step up by Wave on the squares on my living room rug and I spent the day stepping up and down. I think that plus walking will really give me a kick start into some weight loss.
